Hey, I came across this unusual clock and liked it very much. The author tells that nowadays more and more people can’t stay sundials and think of theme as too old-dated, don’t accurate at all (meaning, that they can’t work at night or indoors, also, they are extremely dependant on season changes) and the funniest thing – if people live in the Southern hemisphere sundials will run backwards.
That’s why the author presents a completely new decision called the Bulbdial Clock. What makes it so special?

First of all, this nice clock has no hands — there is a simple pole right in the center of the clock, and 3 special light sources, due to their height varying and turning around the pole, they cast shadows. What I liked the most about this clock, that it can be used in 2 variants: either flat (the same like a traditional sundial) or mounted on a wall.
There is the only one problem with this amazing clock, it can’t work in bright light. So you better choose some dim spaces for it.
