Today I would like to share with you pictures of great green interiors. All these interiors were created by a talented French artist Patrick Blanc. He made a lot of amazing and useful publications, as well as green artworks.

Patrick is a king of gardens, cool, bright and unusual – green vertical gardens on walls. He can turn green everything: sculptures, monuments, enterprises and even people. He creates his masterpieces both indoor and outdoor )))

White Paper Sculptures with Philosophical Meaning

I have never seen paper works that nice! They are absolutely cool… It was my first impression, but after a closer look, I understood that most of them were amazing reinterpretations of classical fairytales: castles, palaces, cartoon heroes… They reminded me about my childhood and something unexplainable touched my heart. This vague balance between the present and the past was broken and I fell in love with those works of art.

All these items were made by a Danish artist Peter Callesen. As I have already told, I liked the most his white paper objects, I simply can’t take my eyes off them. There is something really tragic about some of the works, for example, “The Impossible Meeting”, this works makes feel like taking scissors and helping these two people to meet. And what do you think about them?

Fred Conlon Garden Friends

Fred Conlon is an American artist, creating incredible and yet functional iron sculptures. For the heaps of garbage he is like a God, that can bring garbage back to life. It has a lot of sculptures, but I like the most these 4 gnomes… BTW, in the course of time, they will be covered with a unique patina, thus becoming even better. Gnome-Be-Gones collection.

The first handmade sculpture is about invaders invasion. Gnome-Be-Gones won’t let a simple gnome to be their guest let alone friend.

Now romantic Bobby is dreaming about the prettiest girl in the world Kendra. He has put on his best baseball cap, took the most beautiful flower trying to obtain her heart. I don’t know how about Kendra, but you will like it for sure! \

Kendra. She is not a simple girl, she has the title of the Miss America of Gnome-Be-Gones. She is a real woman with a pink lipstick and a mirror.

You don’t like flamingos of your neighbour? Forget about them, this cool gnome will make them shiver.

Bennett Robots Works

All these robot sculptures are created by Gordon Bennett from a mixture of various objects, they can be both old and new. The parts for future robots are found in garbage dumps, numerous basements, and sales. Among main encouragers can be named: Norman Bel Geddes and Raymond Loewy. As to the materials: metal, wood, glass, rubber, plastic can be used and their combinations as well. I want to pay your special attention, each robot is a unique “creature.”

Robots range from 14 to 25 inches in height, and need not less than a month to be “born.” Robots represent a unique modern retro style that strikes a chord with most people. These robots are not toys, they can’t move or talk and have no batteries. Just harry up and don’t be late to buy one!

Sand Sculptures Festival in Haifa, Israel

And amazing Sand Sculptures Festival takes place annually in Haifa, Israel. I would like to show you photos from the Sand Sculptures Festival in 2006. It’s theme was Fairy Tales. It was held in August and unveiled these masterpieces.

Just some tips how to create a sand sculpture:

In order to create a sand sculpture you need tools (for example,something from a kitchen or workshop). A shovel, masonry trowels, spatulas, spoons, knives, brushes, spray bottle with water will be of great help. Place. Find the right type of sand, make a test: pick up a fistful of sand (wet) and make a ball out of it, it must be intact after rolling. Your place must be far from water. Foundation. Dig until you hit wet sand, that’s the right foundation. And then start making you sculpture, don’t be hasty, think about form of your future sculpture, its details and parts. And, please, admire your sculpture only when you perfectly know, that it’s ready. Good luck!
