The following sculptures put smile on my face and afterwards left me with my mouth slightly agape. I have never seen something like that! I enjoyed a virtual tour among Bruno’s Art & Sculpture Garden. And I couldn’t get enough of it.

Recently I found a great website containing incredible works of art and sculptures from German designers. The following items are stylish, innovative and just brand new. My favs:

  • Osaki Art Village, Tokyo

Looks like a worm? Oh, know it is a 16-meter-high sculpture of a huge garden dwarf on Yamanote Line in Tokyo. It draws attention of people, as if most of them don’t understand that it is a dwarf, but, think of it as of a big and very curvy line just in front of the office building.

Jennifer Maestre is an artists, that makes very unusual things – pencil sculptures. According to his own words, her sculptures are inspired by a look and shape of such a creature, as a sea urchin. Have you ever seen it? The same with me. But, this creature considered to be a very beautiful, even amazing one, despite her poisonous spines. These spines are very tempting indeed, everybody wants touch them can be hurt and get some dose of poison.

Life in Art Deco Style
by Jazzassin
Art Deco: It's the most subtle of all styles of architecture, art and furniture, imho. Always looks modern - almost futuristic, nearly a 100 years after its origin at the World Exhibition 1925. Never goes out of style. Always elegant & stylish in a practical way. The world as a whole should be designed
SHOJI. Japanese holding screens.
by Furniture
Japanese shoji screen is made of paper, fabric, or glass on a wooden frame. And you should know that it could be used as a room divider, or for windows or doors. The traditional Japanese house is similar to a very large piece of furniture, especially the floor and the tatami
