My Home!

A lot can be said about it, a lot can be read about it and a lot can be written about it! It is main place for each of us, it is our nest, it is a place where you fell the most comfortable in the world! Where you can feel the calmness and tranquility of life and have rest from hustle and bustle of big city life. It is a place, where your heart and soul belong to, where you hang your hat and put your sleepers. It can open you doors to society, friends, great challenges and so on. It is a place, where you can meet your family, that is the most important people in your life: they shape your views and form your attitudes to future life, to yourself and to people around. Your home and your family! These are two reliable supports, your helping-hands in any situation. I still remember our late talks, our midnight talks with my family, no, I am a bit older, so, sometimes I just don’t have enough time, shame on me! After these talks I become apiece and happy, it is like my mother and father give me their love and energy, it seems to me that everything is all right and will goes only this way.

Home is a place that forms our future life, for example, if in your childhood, atmosphere at your home was awful and unbearable, to the rest of your life you will try to get out of them, to visit friend, relatives, parties or just to stay late at work. Your home will never be your castle. Sometimes, you can lost your home, you can have no money for it or just got divorced with your partner. In this situation, at least, try to take as many things from your former home, as possible, thus you will feel a connection to the past and it will be easier for you to get adopted to the present and build your future.

The Custom House at Greenock, Scotland

When I am far away, I always miss my home, my parents, I left my heart, soul and mind there. There I can feel myself safe and sound. My homes gives me an opportunity to understand, that there are some people, who lone me and think about me! Moreover, it is so exciting and sometimes unbelievable to see, that our homes are changing in the course of time, they are growing together with us! As a rule, homes convey feeling of their dwellers, they have the same emotions as their inhabitants posses. If your home is dirty and cold, so are you!

Beautiful_interiorBut, be careful, there is a big difference between these two notions: a home and a house! Home is is a place where your soul is, it is a hearth and a house is only a building, a place where your home is situated. One can have up to 10 houses and none of them will be a Home. As a rule, reach people, can have a lot of expensive buildings in different parts of the world and don’t want to stay, at least, in one of them, because these places are cold and their hearts/souls are not there.

I adore talking to my home, to sit in my room and to have a discussion with things around me. They are part of me, they reflect my feelings! Sometimes I have a necessity to get rid of some of them, but I never ever have thrown away a things that is still important to me. My favorite place at home is a kitchen! I am fond of tea, especially hot tea, when it is cold around! As for me, it warms and cheers my soul and my heart!

Always pay attention to your home, never forget to look around it, to talk to a boogie. Create atmosphere of your home, when you are away, try not to forget about it! Remember,it is one of the worthiest felling, when you don’t have a place, where you belong to, where somebody is waiting for you! I like these proverbs: “There is no place like Home, sweet Home” and, of course, “Men make houses, women make homes!” Yeah, exactly so, from the capitalized letter! Everything I have in my life I owed to my Family and my Home! Thank you!

Life in Art Deco Style
by Jazzassin
Art Deco: It's the most subtle of all styles of architecture, art and furniture, imho. Always looks modern - almost futuristic, nearly a 100 years after its origin at the World Exhibition 1925. Never goes out of style. Always elegant & stylish in a practical way. The world as a whole should be designed
