As a rule, a pillow fills can be polyester, foam, goose down or a combination of feathers and goose down. Down is the most expensive material, since it is comfy and can take any shape you like. The only one minus, it won’t suit those suffering from allergies. I vote for polyester since it is fluffy, comfy and non-allergic.
