Sometimes you are tired or angry and there seems to be no reason for this, sometimes you are naughty or sleepy and still – you don’t know why … What the hell? Stop blaming weather and your boss, everything is much more easier … there is something wrong with the colour of your walls. The latest researches of scientists prove that color has much to do with how we feel.

However, there are not only colours, there are hues and variables to color, there are different styles and textures, cultures and perceptions … I highly recommend you to have a look at some of those colors and clarify what they do to us.

The first and the most popular colour is Red that is the color of primal energy. This colour gives power and increase body temperature, it is a highly stimulating color. But sometimes red can be too naughty, too provocative and load our psycho.

Blue turns to be really soothing and comforting, it is a kind of color that calms and tranquils.

Purple is the beloved colour of creative people and those who are prone to meditation.

Yellow is great when it comes to stimulating your mental energy and activity. What is more it helps people to get rid of depression and think positive again.

Orange is for optimists and it treats melancholy in the best way possible.

So, knowledge is a great power, that is why you can create your room the way you like!

by Jazzassin
Art Deco: It's the most subtle of all styles of architecture, art and furniture, imho. Always looks modern - almost futuristic, nearly a 100 years after its origin at the World Exhibition 1925.
