Eco-friendliness is a new and very popular notion. When we take and choose something with the label ECO-friendly, it means this product or thing will never harm our nature. But nowadays, there are a lot of fakes and even fake labels, which claim they are eco-friendly, but actually, they DON’T. Read the following list and find out the whole truth about eco-friendly seals and BTW, learn them by heart since those labels are really “eco-safe” and they are what they are meant to be.
- Energy Star
They offer some appliances, electronics, and bulbs. All those things were approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. These products use up to 75 percent less energy.
- Bird Friendly
One more approved label, that offers you can find, for example, on cups of coffee.
- FSC
It means you can easily buy paper and wood products, furniture and flooring with the FSC logo. Nothing will go wrong with them and you won’t harm Mother Nature.
- Fair Trade
Buying something with this logo means, you get a product for a fair price and this product is of exceptionally high quality.
- Green Seal
This label is applied to those cleaning products, who have low impact on the environment.
