Modern art seems to be so so incredible and sometimes even awkward. We all have seen sand sculptures but have you ever heard about butter variants? An innovative American artist has revealed his new bizarre collection. Jim Victor has created sculptures that has a strong connection to milk theme. For example, there are: a girl carrying milk churns, a model of farm, a farmer milking a cow and the only one girl in a bikini.

According to Jim it took him more than one month to craft the following sculptures in his special workshop. The most interesting fact, temperature in his workshop was only 13 degrees to ensure the butter doesn’t melt. The 63 year old Jim says that namely such conditions allow the butter to behave exactly like clay. What is more, it is much easier to create big sculptures rather than small ones.

The first butter model from Jim was built in 1995. The first work was very primitive and it took Jim some time to make the design more complicated.
