Love airplanes? Miss them when you are not flying? Then the following Airplane Hangar by Kolja Clemens of Germany’s MOM is something you need for sure.
Paying homage to the closing of Berlin’s famous Templehof airport is the idea behind this project. I think the whole aircraft fans can sigh with relief – such a hanger is a must-have for them.
These cool aluminum airplanes from Clemens are just the right size and shape for hanging up your jacket.
I am ready to bet this thing will feature a mass production!

Almost all these works are really great.
Right from the airplane hangar, on the wall to the parallel worlds ehich is actually a surrealistic piece of work. such works help our minds jogg into an aspect of existance which no human being has ever ventured into, but does let us feel what it must be like. In this part of Asia, surrealism has been badly misunderstood, even works of contemporary nature have been shunned, yet, that trend has almost quite changed and the good news is that now a lot of people have started to bring contemporary and surrealistic pieces of art and sculpture into their homes and this trend is expected to improve gradually as that fear and mystery sorrounding surrealism changes, as for myself I too, am a contemporary/surrealist sculptor although my paintings are mostly impressionist.
I am a bit surprised that no-one has come up with any comments pertaining to this lovely subject just because, or maybe, they do not have any problems hanging their jackets.
I think I may be one of those who have this problem but love to talk about it.

Please leave a nice comment about this page, I guarantee you this comment will make you famous like its made me.
As the owner of a company that designs and produces aviation-themed decorated apparel, I think the airplane hangars are brilliant!! I’d certainly like to know where I can purchase them.
