Recently I found a great website containing incredible works of art and sculptures from German designers. The following items are stylish, innovative and just brand new. My favs:

  • Osaki Art Village, Tokyo

Looks like a worm? Oh, know it is a 16-meter-high sculpture of a huge garden dwarf on Yamanote Line in Tokyo. It draws attention of people, as if most of them don’t understand that it is a dwarf, but, think of it as of a big and very curvy line just in front of the office building.

  • VivoCity, Singapore

These 2 sculptures stand in front of a shopping center VivoCity in Singapore.
A great, oversized snowman and a macro-view a snowflake, make people smile. These opposites attract too many visitors.

  • Parking Garage Karlsplatz, Düsseldorf

This parking garage on Karlsplatz in Dusseldorf is one of the most amazing buildings I have ever seen. It contains ten almost jewelry items in its façade. It looks like a jewelry shop. To tell the truth, these products seem to be almost real.

Its great to see such a lovely collection of vases. As I am myself a Surrealistic Sculptor and Contemporary Architect, such works of creativity are really a joy to me. So keep up the good work, I wish you great success in all your works. Yours Sincerely, Ivan P Carmody

    Life in Art Deco Style
    by Jazzassin
Art Deco: It's the most subtle of all styles of architecture, art and furniture, imho. Always looks modern - almost futuristic, nearly a 100 years after its origin at the World Exhibition 1925. Never goes out of style. Always elegant & stylish in a practical way. The world as a whole should be designed
    SHOJI. Japanese holding screens.
    by Furniture
Japanese shoji screen is made of paper, fabric, or glass on a wooden frame. And you should know that it could be used as a room divider, or for windows or doors. The traditional Japanese house is similar to a very large piece of furniture, especially the floor and the tatami
