Gold Statue of Kate Moss Unveiled at British Museum

Kate Moss turns to be not only the hottest British model ever but the 50 kilogramme solid gold sculpture worth 1.5 million pounds (that is 2.8 million dollars or 1.9 million euros). The masterpiece was unveiled in London on Thursday and it was created by artist Marc Quinn. He is famous for a controversial sculpture of a pregnant woman.

Why Kate? The answer is very simple: “She is the ideal beauty of the moment.” Yeah )

This sculpture of Moss can be literally named the largest gold statue since the time of Ancient Egypt.

The statue is entitled “Siren,” and it will be displayed together with Crouching Venus, the goddess of love, from the 4th of October until January 25.
