As a rule, children are very independent and are not afraid of anything. They are so brave and clever, that sometimes it is difficult to believe, that they are children! And, only after having seen such a crib, I understood why the children are so fearless, because after sleeping in such a crib, it is impossible to be afraid of anything! :-)

scaryfish crib

This crib was designed by Pixel team and it is very stylish (especially, as for a crib). After a look at this crib, you may understand, babies lying in it, possess a good taste. The graphics is really whimsical and awkward, but who knows, may be children do like  the alternation of smiling and angry fishes. The colour scheme is red, white and black. It is a scientifically proven fact, that these are 3 colours, which babies are able to see (during the 1st three months of their life). Hope the baby will feel entertaining in such a crib!

Paul Smith and his armchairs

Gordon Watson can sleep well and be proud of himself, he succeeded to persuade Paul Smith to take part in the elite furniture auction. Famous artists will be present at the auction “Design of the 20th century”, that takes place during the last 4 years. It is not a secret, that Gordon watson cooperates with the authoritative auction house Sotheby’s and this auction is not an exception.

According to the official data this time Paul Smith is ready to “get rid of” 2 famous Italian armchairs (made in the style of 1950th) with widely-recognized stripes, a card-table from the unique kind of wood. Paul is going to get not less than $10 000, that will be given to one of the United Kingdom charity fund.

The auction will take place in London, from 23 to 25 of September!

ancient jars in Ukraine, Crimea As far as you understand, I have just returned from my long and interesting trip to Ukraine. I saw different people and different places, I visited a lot of Ukrainian cities and can be proud with myself – this country kindly opened its doors to me and now I even miss it a lot.

What can be said about Ukrainian cities and homes. Cities are rather dirty and sometimes it is really challenging to find a trash-can, so you have either to drop a paper or something like just right under your feet or to carry it with you for a long period of time. But, to tell the truth, the homes of Ukrainians are either very expensive and beautiful or absolutely awful. They prefer Ancient mosaic in Ukraine. Crimea leaving in block-houses (sometimes they are even more than 25 floors high). To buy a private house or country house is almost impossible for some people.

I visited Crimea and was impressed with its beauty, the Black Sea is a perfect place for having rest. And I was in Chersonesus Tauric – an ancient city, that doesn’t exist anymore. I was impressed with its beauty and made pictures of its former frescos and mosaics.
