To put it short, the AIA is an organization for professional architects based in Washington DC and it was founded in 1857. The main idea behind the organization is to create the right contract documents that help to resolve all the problems between designers and their clients. These documents are exceptionally useful and handy when it comes to definition of the relationships and terms exsiting in design and construction projects.

All the documents were thoroughly thought over and created by the AIA specialist with the consensus of owners, contractors, attorneys, architects, engineers, and other specialists.

When the parties agree to use AIA documents it means they want to keep things fair, perfectly know each others duties and responsibilities and don’t feel like hitting below the belt. Also, the following documents are very handy when it comes to making fruitful and reasonable contracts profitable to both parties.

To celebrate the launch of the new phone, Samsung have launched a competition called the Now Project. Within the competition all amateur photographers are welcomed to  upload a photo to Samsung’s Now Project Facebook page and it photo may become one of 50 shots on exhibit at Samsung exclusive event at London Design Museum March 17th. If you like this house, you should have only …  $150 millions and it will be yours.  Frankly speaking, I can’t understand why a single woman really needs a fantastic house with 123 rooms and 56,500-square feet.

The house was officially named the largest home in Los Angeles County and it was built by Candy and her deceased husband Aaron Spelling, the author of “Beverly Hills 90290″.

Can you imagine it, the house has a special level between the second story and the attic just for closets?! Unbelievable.

What is more, The Manor boasts a screening room, bowling alley, big swimming pool and a lot more.

Clare asked artists to create a piece of art based on their vision and understanding of mending broken hearts. A lot of artists entertained this suggestion and created adorable pictures. The girl was really surprised, touched to the depth of her soul and amazed by the willingness and generosity of these artists and their incredible pictures.

Those pictures will be sold at such auctions as Christie’s. Most likely, the auctions will raise more than £100,000 to help fund live saving research.
