Claire Lodger is a Queen of ceramics, her artworks impress more and more people with their originality and attractiveness. They have nothing in common with usual nice and sweet elephants or bears, they are completely different. Her masterpieces are real, and they seem to penetrate into the depth of your soul, they seem to look right into your heart.
The idea behind these sculptures is to show signs of a life lived. On Claire’s faces we can see signs of happiness and sorrow, joy and pain. She tries her best to depicts faces of real people.
According to her CV, Claire is a huge fan of naïve and outsider art, contemporary photography, design, illustration and textiles. She has MA and adores painting. Claire Loder studied Ceramics in Cardiff.
